Learning how to reduce IT downtime is not about buying every new technology product. It is about identifying the systems your team relies on, removing predictable points of failure and having the right response ready when something still goes wrong.
For a small or mid-sized business, downtime is more than an IT issue. Staff cannot serve customers, process orders, access records or communicate properly.
