We provide a full spectrum of on-site technical support. Once a ticket is lodged with us, our technicians will first attempt to resolve the issue using remote support software, which allows us to connect to your computer from our office. Remote support can often begin within just 20 minutes of a ticket being submitted.
In most cases, this is enough to fix the problem. However, if the issue cannot be resolved remotely, one of our technicians will visit your business premises—typically within 2 hours for SLA clients or within 3 hours for most other clients—to ensure the issue is quickly resolved.
